Sesiapa yg minat coffee as u know it will deplete Mg, how u guys minum kopi? Kompem tambah butter atau vco and Mg oil / Mg water kan?
Same goes sapa sk makan manis as sugar deplete Mg also. Unless u amek gula kabung molasses atau blackstrap.

Dr's Best Mg glycinate

One of the recommended by Morley is this Dr's best Mg glycinate. One of the easiest to be absorbed for whoever has leaky gut issue, but would like to take Mg orally. Dr's best brand is cheap. Can get from iherb.

But the taste is terribly damn so horrible. The glycinate form usually can taken at night as it is calming good for insomnia problem. ^^

Sengat lebah dan essential oil
Di malam hari sedang siapkan packing ke Selayang, #fatehidwan yg bizi sama2 sebukkan lebah yg hinggap d lampu. asal lebah tu mabuk dan ke lantai, dia ketuk2 lebah tu dengan bekas air. tiba2 tah mcm mana terus disengat di kaki. meraung. 1st thing 1st, mama have her beloved EO that would be oregano. put away the stinger 1st, and apply. after the boy fall asleep, I managed to google and know that lavender and few more in the list would be more beneficial. okey fine, oregano not been listed there. damn. so, again after that, I applied lavender, layered by peppermint. both were diluted with vco.
everyday applying EO. on saturday, all was fine. but, as in the evening he played around ran here and there bare foot, the foot began to swell. Sunday, it began to worsen. just applying panaway few times, but seems no immediate effect. mama need to change oil. this time only lavender. 2 3 times applying lavender, alhamdulillah, it really works. today, monday the feet is better than before.
like what i always highlight, you need to try and error few time. one shoe doesnt fit all. just to know the best for you. ^^

On right, Magnesium oil body wash with woody scent. Heli, patchouli and vetiver.
Left. Probiotic water (will add later) body wash with mandarin, grapefruit n geranium.
Recipe:
4 tbs oil = 60 ml oil
6 tbs magnesium oil / water kefir = 89 ml
top up with soap
20++ drops blend of EO
in 250 mL glass bottle.
