Sesiapa yg minat coffee as u know it will deplete Mg, how u guys minum kopi? Kompem tambah butter atau vco and Mg oil / Mg water kan?
Same goes sapa sk makan manis as sugar deplete Mg also. Unless u amek gula kabung molasses atau blackstrap.
